Hi @hstaudacher @trent-j, following the guidance in #1257 that new servers are onboarded manually, I would like to request adding the SigNoz MCP Server.

The registry metadata validates cleanly. The repository is public, Apache-2.0 licensed, and we publish every stable release to the official registry automatically.
