Onboarding request: world.scalix/cloud for GitHub MCP Registry

Requesting onboarding of our server from the OSS Community Registry into the GitHub MCP Registry, per the process described in discussion #1257 (manual curation for new servers, auto-sync thereafter).

Notes for review: discovery (initialize, tools/list, resources/list) is deliberately unauthenticated so the catalogue can be inspected without credentials; tools/call requires a Bearer key with an RFC 6750 challenge. The repository ships the connection docs plus Claude Code plugin packaging (skills/commands) and manifests for other clients.
