[Bug] The width of `<img>`s inside footnotes is reduced, such that the rendered image is horizontally compressed.

Although `explorer.exe` renders its layout preferences toolbar at `shell:MyComputerFolder`, [^1] Files does not at its “Home” page, [^2] thereby preventing the user from viewing the information that it provides in a more compact format (like a list) than the card view that is provided.
