Add instructions and wrapper script to make it easier to test
octocatalog-diffby running from a specific branch. These instructions are intended for people less familiar with git, GitHub, and/or ruby. Those who already know how to do this -- possibly via another mechanism such as a Gemfile -- can continue doing what they're doing of course.
