Explicit Returns on Validation Plugin

Please describe the desired new functionality:

Current Behavior

On the branch currently in #169, when a check fails, the message looks like this:

❌ Settings : Error: Branch protection required_approving_review_count cannot be overidden to a lower value

Expanding the line does not show anything.

Expected Behavior

Expanding the message displays, at a minimum, the file that was changed, or even better, a list of which repositories would be affected.

Essentially, an explicit message for the user, so that they have better info with which to approach their support team.

Good suggestion @vwnj84 It is probably a bigger change than it looks on the surface, but if we could track config with a reference to its source file, we could provide that info in the message.
It's much more difficult to do the impact analysis of which repos would be affected because that happens much after the validations are run.
