Speckit not producing any file with opencode and asking for root permissions

Not sure about this, I am using opencode with speckit.
I did /speckit.constitution for a new project, bunch of reasoning, task complete. No memory produced. I had to ask manually the agent to save the file.
Now, new prompt, /speckit.specify, starts, then asks for a permission on a file on root /speckit.plan

I got similar problem with the constitution, but I did not recognize the issue. What happened what that the constitution was created but not written. I gave the allow permission at that time and I did not recognize the agent was doing unexpected readings. This is in the constitution session
