Generate a summary to stakeholders

I have a script to generate a summary to stakeholders (no technical stuff), describing the feature. I then send this to our ticket system (Azure DevOps) as a comment. This is something that could be a command in spec-kit.

Also, I no longer write git messages my self. I ask my agent to do it. But this could also be command in spec-kit.
