So it is easy to cite spec-kit project in papers

Proposed Solution

zenodo mints metadata record for citation and provides a DOI

very easy to link by some contributor to spec-kit, just go and auth to https://zenodo.org/ via github and enable among github repos, then it would mint DOI upon next release of spec-kit and create an archive (git export) of the repository
