This PR fixes formatting errors in the EU DSA MAU CSV data file. A row in the CSV had two issues: a missing line number in the diff display and an errant period instead of a comma as the field delimiter before the service name "github".
Changes:
- Corrected CSV formatting on line 14 by replacing period with comma as the field delimiter
