We officially only support the previous 4 minor versions of the CLI, so v2.6.3 can go.

We officially only support the previous 4 minor versions of the CLI, so v2.6.3 can go 🥲 (see #1410 for the previous clean-up PR)
(Since we've been dealing with some flaky tests lately, this seems like a good time to clean-up any unnecessary ones!)
