Remove these tests since the functionality is not supported any more.

Makes sense to me to delete these now, even though the production code is still there. Deleting the tests will make CI happier and our lives easier. Would be good to get started on the rest of the code soon though. That'll also be very cathartic.

I'm surprised there are only three files, but even if there is more we don't have to do it all at once.
