Rearrange DB panel UI commands

Moves the database "sort by" commands into the "more actions" menu:

This declutters the navigation bar and brings us closer to future designs (see internal linked issue).

Checklist

This is a minor UI change, so I don't think we need to update the changelog and docs. Once we have the rest of the "real" changes, we can add an update.
