Can't trigger a new workflow run

Describe the bug
Can't trigger a new workflow run. However, rerun works fine.

To Reproduce

• install extension
• trigger a new workflow run

Expected behavior
It should trigger a new workflow run

I do see a button. I fired up the dev tool but didn't see any error message. I think it might be caused by some other extensions. I switched to a clean profile and it works.
