Christopher is a software engineer and learning advocacy nerd! 🤓 He comes from 15 years of prototyping and research, and is now living his dream by helping other developers pursue theirs. Additional Information
The Open Proficiency Model (OPM) is an open definition for quantifying an individual's familiarity with skills, capabilities, and other abilities. It provides a framework for defining, calculating, distributing, and interpreting proficiency scores in a trusted manner. And, it is not opinionated about the source of the experience (telemetry logs, regular work, side projects, tutorials, tests, etc.)
