pip install error with sklearn #9

Description

sklearn was causing a pip install error for me. I replaced 'sklearn' with 'scikit-learn' in setup.py to fix it.

Error is as follows:

Collecting sklearn (from word-detector==1.0.0)
Using cached sklearn-0.0.post4.tar.gz (3.6 kB)

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.

note: This is an issue with the package mentioned above, not pip.
