Issues analyzed: 64

Parent issues created

None. No new orphan cluster of 5+ lacked a parent.

Links created

Parent	Sub-issue	Reasoning
#2076	#2067, #2068, #2069, #2070, #2071	Explicitly listed as the five follow-ups in the umbrella body
#1283	#2322, #2252, #2232, #2040	Upstream deps release-note action items (copilot-cli, awf, mcpg)
#1428	#1103, #381, #471	Listed under the parent's "Related issues" as safe-output correctness issues

Suggested (not linked — for maintainer review)

• chore(workflows): recompile safe-output fixtures with ado-aw v0.38.0 #1156, chore(workflows): recompile safe-output fixtures with ado-aw v0.37.0 #1041, chore(workflows): recompile safe-output fixtures with ado-aw v0.36.0 #1027 (recompile safe-output fixtures) could go under [Parent] Safe-output executor E2E test coverage and tool correctness #1428 or a fixture-maintenance parent.
• [aw]: Allow engine.model to be driven by an ADO pipeline variable / variable group #2035, [agent-issue]: support declarative Azure DevOps pipeline variables in workflow source #2012, [agent-issue]: Agents cannot supply work-item fields; custom-fields is compile-time only, so runtime-computed values never reach ADO #2044, [agent-issue]: Mirror gh-aw's runtime model controls in ado-aw #2245 (engine/variable/field runtime configurability) could be grouped, but the common scope is unclear.
• chore(security): minimize AWF agent environment and mask unused gh CLI #1818 and Proxy Stage 1 Azure DevOps reads without exposing SC_READ_TOKEN #1652 (Stage 1 credential/environment hardening) could share a security parent.
• docs: conclusion job token reference omits SC_WRITE_TOKEN #1766, docs(prompts): use repo-relative paths instead of hardcoded absolute checkout paths #1763, docs: fix AGENTS.md accuracy — add trigger-e2e to ado-script tree and export-fact-catalog to CLI index #1583, docs(site): refresh IR typed-helper docs to builder-struct API #1192 (docs drift) form a cluster of four, below the threshold of five.

Observations

• Several existing [Parent] umbrellas ([Parent] Track agent runtime and execution pipeline improvements #1649, [Parent] Track and resolve recurring agentic workflow execution failures (non-rate-limit) #1549, [Parent] Track and resolve recurring AI-credits rate-limit failures in scheduled agentic workflows #1535, [Parent] MCPG infrastructure and safe-output tooling improvements #1321, [Parent] Compiler internals and pipeline generation improvements (IR types, YAML gen, prompt decoupling) #1286) have bodies that reference children by temporary ids. I didn't link anything under them because the relationships were ambiguous.
• Only 3 of the existing parents ([Parent] Track self-optimization design follow-ups (extracted from #1061) #2076, [Parent] Track and act on upstream dependency release-note action items (awf, mcpg, copilot-cli) #1283, [Parent] Safe-output executor E2E test coverage and tool correctness #1428) had children I could link with confidence.
