docs: fix repos syntax documentation drift

Summary

Documentation had drifted from the compiler’s canonical multi-repo front matter: the prompt and README still taught legacy repositories: / checkout: syntax, and AGENTS.md omitted the repos codemod from the architecture tree. This updates those docs to reflect the actual user-facing repos: model and current compiler layout.
