• Updated URLs in .github/agents/agentic-workflows.agent.md from v0.46.5 → v0.48.4
• Updated copilot-setup-steps.yml to reference the new engine version
• Recompiled 5 workflow lock files: daily-repo-goals, daily-workflow-sync, import-workflow, link-checker, maintainer
