Testing if the Post Setup Scripts cleanup failure still blocks the agent step. The monorepo ref has the bundle shallow checkout fix (#31346) that no release includes yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Testing if the post-step cleanup failure is still fatal. If activation passes and agent runs, we can use monorepo refs until the next release.
