Triage open PRs: 35 closeable, 2 keep open

Autoloop's one-branch-per-iteration bug (fixed in #60) left 35 stale PRs. Investigation to determine which can be closed.

Findings

• Close [Autoloop] [Autoloop: build-tsb-pandas-typescript-migration] Iteration 6: GroupBy #21–[Autoloop] Add element-wise operations — clip, abs, round #56 (35 PRs): All cover iterations 6–71, every one already on main via the consolidated PR [Autoloop] [Autoloop: build-tsb-pandas-typescript-migration] Iteration 72: value_counts + elem_ops exports #57 merge (iterations 54–72) and earlier merges (iterations 1–13). Pure artifacts of the duplicate-branch bug.
• Keep [Autoloop] [Autoloop: build-tsb-pandas-typescript-migration] #58 open: Contains iterations 73–117 with 83 new src/test files not on main (isin, align, timedelta, period, crosstab, cut, sample, factorize, get_dummies, explode, interpolate, pivot_table, json_normalize, etc.). Has merge conflicts that need resolution.
• Keep Add evergreen agentic workflow for automated PR health maintenance #62 open: Unrelated feature PR (evergreen workflow from Create a new agentic workflow called evergreen #61).

Verification

Confirmed by diffing each PR's branch content against main:

• Every src/ file from PRs [Autoloop] [Autoloop: build-tsb-pandas-typescript-migration] Iteration 6: GroupBy #21–[Autoloop] Add element-wise operations — clip, abs, round #56 exists on main
• PR [Autoloop] [Autoloop: build-tsb-pandas-typescript-migration] #58's 83 new files (src/stats/isin.ts, src/core/align.ts, src/core/timedelta.ts, etc.) do not exist on main
• git log origin/main shows iterations 1–72 all present as individual commits
