Mac Desktop Notifications not appearing

I'm on 6.10.0 on an M4 Pro with Sequoia 15.7.1. I have Gitify Alerts turned on in my Mac Notifications. Gitify "Show system notifications" is checked. When it updates with a new notification, I get the alert sound. But I don't get the visual banner.

How can I fix this?

Hmm, that's unusual. this might require some local debugging on your end as I haven't had any others report this issue

There are a few paths for debugging the app itself

• Checking the both Chrome Developer Tool logs and the Application logs would be a good start - see https://gitify.io/faq/ for how.
• Otherwise, you could try running the app from source code and debugging- CONTRIBUTING.md

But my hunch is telling me that this is likely a local device configuration issue rather than sourcecode/app related.

fwiw, this is what I have on macOS Tahoe 26.1 [System Settings >> Notifications >> Gitify]
