Request: Add Chinese (Simplified) localization support

Feature Request

I would like to request official Chinese (Simplified) localization support for
GitLens.

Reason

GitLens is an essential tool for our team, but the English-only interface
Many other popular VSCode extensions have built-in i18n support, which
significantly improves user experience for non-English speakers.

Expected Behavior

• Menu items, tooltips, and dialogs in GitLens should be displayed in Chinese
  when VSCode's display language is set to Chinese.
• GitLens could follow VSCode's native i18n mechanism using .i18n.json
  files.

Additional Context

Many Chinese developers in the VSCode community have requested this feature.
Adding localization would help GitLens gain more users in the Chinese market.
