Submodule using terminal command, root directory is incorrect

• OS Version:windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

1.No matter which submodule I call the menu terminal command "create branch" or "rebase branch", the terminal displays the directory as the working root directory instead of executing the command in the submodule directory.
