Open Changed Files is broken

• GitLens Version: 6.1.0
• VSCode Version: 1.19.0
• OS Version: macOS 10.12.6

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Modify files
2. Close all Editors
3. Trigger Gitlens: Open Changed Files

But if you have one tab at least, it worked as normal.
