Commit history for detached HEAD doesn't work properly

• VSCode Version: 1.25.1
• OS Version: Windows 10 Pro 1709

Commit history for remote branch doesn't show up for dropdown at Gitlense>Explorer>Branches>CurrentHEAD (BUT shows up at ..>Remotes>RemotesName>BranchName)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add remote
2. Checkout to remote/branch_name
3. Navigate to Gitlense>Explorer>Branches>CurrentHEAD
