Selecting logging level via GUI seems to have no impact #5
Description
When I specify a high logging level via the GUI, the console still shows messages that have a lower logging level.
I expected the console to only show logging messages that have at least a level of WARNING (i.e. the level specified). For reference, here are the valid logging levels.
