FCGI::ProcManager::Dynamic - extension for FCGI::ProcManager, 
it can dynamically control number of work processes depending 
on the load.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

  FCGI::ProcMananger
  Time::HiRes
  IPC::SysV
