Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the site
2. Open the Dashboard
3. Click the "Edit description" button
4. Leave the "Edit description" field empty
5. Click the "Save" button
6. Pay attention to the "Edit description" field

Actual result:

An error message is not displayed in the "Description" field if it is empty

Expected result:

An error message is displayed in the "Description" field if it is empty
