Telemetry payload preview is not shown on the admin dashboard

Bug description

The new telemetry payload preview element added in #8272, seems to be broken on the admin dashboard of the Gitpod.io instance. Cc @Pothulapati @corneliusludmann

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to gitpod.io/admin/settings.
2. Notice the broken telemtry payload preview element below the service ping checkbox.

It was most probably caused by this database query that produces too heavy load on our production database:

gitpod/components/gitpod-db/src/typeorm/workspace-db-impl.ts
