Improve Jellyfin Compatibility, Configuration Migration, and Trakt Infrastructure

This release improves Jellyfin compatibility, enhances migration behavior for existing installations, and introduces internal infrastructure for future Trakt job improvements.

🎬 Jellyfin

• Fixed provider ID retrieval for Jellyfin media items with empty provider mappings [BUG] Jellyfin TV recommendations still fail because /Items response is parsed incorrectly #404

• Automatically mark legacy configurations as setup complete during migration, improving upgrade compatibility [BUG] Existing configuration detected, but “Go to Dashboard” always redirects back to setup #405

• Added backend test coverage for role-based Trakt user retrieval

• Fixed a KeyError when saving media users without a display name fix: avoid KeyError in save_user when the media user has no name #407
