Criei uma classe IncomeReport para representar a saída de informações do investimento. A classe IncomeCalculator pode ser personalizada com o limite da Selic através do construtor, nesse caso sendo 8,5%. Talvez tenha ficado um pouco grande, mas tentei pensar em distribuir a responsabilidade entre métodos/classes e deixar flexível para mudanças.
Adicionei o arquivo pom.xml para as dependências do JUnit.
Testes que cobrem os principais pontos da solução.
