fix: narrow EntityView.attributes to exclude resolved keys (device_class, unit_of_measurement, friendly_name, icon). Widget authors must read the top-level deviceClass/unitOfMeasurement/friendlyName/icon fields instead — the wrong path is now a TS error. (bug #013)
