Capability-routed service hooks: useService/useTurnOn/useTurnOff/useToggle route through the host's HA bridge worker (validated against the widget's granted capabilities) when host-mounted, with direct sync-layer fallback for previews and tests. Requires sync-layer 0.2.0.
