Change "Generate Variant" code action name to include Type name

It seems like I'm constantly forgetting to write my error variant, or what have you, in a List or the correct container, and then I call "Generate Variant" and generate the variant in the wrong type. It would maybe be nice if "Generate variant" said, "Generate SemanticError variant" or "Generate Value variant" for wherever it would do its generating.
