Welcome to the Companion App documentation.
DesktopXR Companion App is an application used to create a blank OpenXR session.
This allows you to access the DesktopXR desktop without having to launch a VR game.
Intended for 2D gaming and moving watching.
Simply run DesktopXR-Companion.exe which will launch an OpenXR session
Right-click on the coloured VR headset icon from the windows taskbar and select Exit
