I mostly removed things: I removed discussion of compiler internals, changes to builtins, and similar discussion that wasn't entirely relevant. I also restructured the Detailed Design to build a little more cleanly: * stdlib types, * additional types recognized by compiler (unsafe(unowned) refs and certain function types), * aggregates built from the above * clarification of generics * clarification of resilient types
