Treat alternate double quote characters as double quotes

MS Word will convert normal double quote characters to angled double quote characters during editing. When copying JSON from examples that were produced in MS Word, translate the angled double quote characters to normal double quotes.

Currently the alternate quote characters get stripped during the paste operation into the application, and quicktype returns a "key must be quoted" error.
