Cannot reference other files when using typescript as source.

I'm trying use typescript files as source. If in a typescript source file I import an interface from another typescript file, quicktype fails with the following error:

Error: TypeScript error: Cannot find module './{referenced file's name}'..

I have the same problem. Also, trying to read a directory full of ts files fails with the following error:

quicktype --src-lang typescript --lang schema ./ts
Error: EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read.

Same as #892. PR #1195 fixes this but hasn't had a look from anyone.

For the time being, a workaround is to use typescript-json-schema (which quicktype uses under the hood) to generate JSONSchema directly. Then you can use quicktype to turn that into whatever you like.
