Fix incorrect POST validation preventing Port-Channel 1
Replace Travis CI with a GitHub Actions workflow, add CLAUDE.md for AI-assisted development, remove tracked .pyc bytecode files, and make the SDN container check optional in wait_for_containers.sh so CI runs gracefully when SDN services are unavailable.
