We've been creating Forms related to specific tasks (I'll use "scanning to email" as an example). In this case the user is asked what device they are trying to use and, depending on the make, they are then given instructions together with a "did this solve your problem" question. If they say "no" further info is requested and a ticket is raised. This works very well for us and feedback has been amazing.
For the instructions step we currently create a Knowledgebase article and, once published, copy and paste its contents in to the Description field of a form section.
It would be amazingly useful to be able to embed a Knowledgebase article as a step within a Form section. This would show only the content of the knowledgebase article - no subject or other metadata, just the body - and would mean that whenever the Knowledgebase article is updated, so is that step in the form.
