Question about "Show personal information in new ticket form (simplified interface)"

Hello,

I have a question regarding the option "Show personal information in new ticket form (simplified interface)" available under Setup > General > Assistance.

Could you please explain how this option works? What personal information is displayed when this option is enabled? Does it only affect the simplified interface?

In 10.0 it shows the current user's "info card" during ticket creation (name and email).

Since GLPI 11 with the integration of Forms, this setting has no effect. I don't know if it simply needs removed or if it could have a use with the Forms.

Thanks for the explanation.

I would like to see this feature supported again in GLPI 11 Forms. Displaying the current user's information at the top of the ticket form is useful, especially in organizations where users want to verify their account details before submitting a request.

I hope this can be considered for a future release.
