Add "VLAN" in dictionaries

In VLAN, only the ID is relevant. The description is, sometimes, random or, at least, not consistent from switch to switch.
Having the possibility to agregate all VLAN based on the ID would be very nice.
For instance, I have about 150 VLAN in my dropdown but I have several duplicate (only the description differs).
