Allow service catalog entry without form just url

It would be great if we could create service catalog entries with custom urls and not "just" linking to a form. This would allow us to either link to specific glpi plugin urls or even external tools. Making the glpi helpdesk first stop for all services.

Administration > Entities > Desired entity > Helpdesk home tab.

Here, it shows the tiles layout for the helpdesk and gives you the ability to add new tiles of the following types:

• Form
• GLPI page
• External page (The one you want)

Hi thanks for your answer. But unless I'm missing something it is not possible to add something to the service catalog (/ServiceCatalog ) this way only to the home tab (/Helpdesk) ?

Do you know if translation is possible via that way?
