Multiple connection between assets and users

In my company, in many cases it's necessary to establish a connection between assets and users, who in these cases are delegated, not assigned.
Let me give a few examples to make it easier to understand:

• Printers distributed across office floors, despite being assigned to a user or group, can be used by individual authorized users, and we often keep the list in an Excel file.
• Shared mailboxes have an owner and numerous delegates; in this case, too, we maintain an Excel list.
• Mobile phones and laptops are assigned to offices and are available to authorized shift personnel.

This can't be managed with groups, since there are at least 1,000 assets and we have 8,000 employees. In the case of printers or shared mailboxes, multiple employees have access to multiple assets, requiring the creation of a greater number of groups than assets.

The only requirement would be a multiple connection that allows a user to see which assets they are connected to, and an asset to see which users they have access to.
