Changed

• Bumped glueful/framework → ^1.54.0. The 1.54.0 (Okab) release: (1) fixes container precedence so
  extension service definitions genuinely override core defaults (previously dropped silently — the fix
  that makes every "core default + extension override" seam real); (2) adds the Glueful\Entitlements
  core seam (contract-only commercial capability gates, consumed by the forthcoming glueful/subscriptions);
  and (3) breaking: extracts the s3/gcs/azure storage driver factories to first-party provider
  packs behind a new storage driver registry — core ships only local/memory. Also new: the
  storage:test [disk] diagnostics command and an optional, default-off native_url blob-API field.

Upgrade Notes

• The skeleton itself needs no code changes — it ships on the local uploads disk, which stays in core.
• If your app added a cloud disk (driver: s3, including R2/MinIO/Spaces/Wasabi): composer require glueful/storage-s3 (its presets cover the S3-compatible providers). gcs/azure users should hold the
  upgrade until those packs publish (following shortly). A missing pack fails fast with an exception naming
  the package to install.
• On deploy: php glueful commands:cache (new storage:test command joins the manifest) and
  php glueful di:container:compile --force if you precompile the container (the precedence fix only takes
  effect in a freshly compiled artifact).
• No new required env vars, no migrations. Optional: UPLOADS_NATIVE_MAX_PRIVATE_TTL (default 900) if you
  opt a disk into native provider URLs.
