Clarification on Sort by: working as expected, broken or inconsistency, not imporant?

Since all my git issues are immediately closed with no comment, perhaps that's the wrong way to file things.
Looking for just a little clarity here from anybody:
What I observed is that Sort by was not working for combos of folders/pinned notes on latest FSNotes/macos. e.g.

1. One folder with the 9 original Welcome msgs all pinned does not change sort order with diff sort changes
2. Notes view does not change sort order
3. Diff folder with pinned and non-pinned does work
   Latest FSNotes/MacOS

Questions:

• anyone else see this?
• known issue worth fixing at some point?
• not important enough to address?
• can't repo it?
• etc.

Hmm. I see part of the problem. There's at least 2 places where sort might be set:

1. Global menu: View > Sort by
2. Folder context menu > Show Options (this works)

Note to dev: it'd be nice to either clarify that better, remove the Global or move it as default to Settings, or whatever. super confusing.

I will accept edits to the wiki, as well as pull requests. There is no problem with that.

As for requests, there is no magical employee who fulfills other people's wishes.
