SKYBOX v1.9 — Theme Cycle

Adds a unified terminal UI pass with boot-time colour themes, while keeping the main sky viewer neutral for readability.

New / changed:

• Added eight boot-time UI themes: amber, ember, brass, rose-gold, dusk, green, blue, purple.
• Updated title/menu/catalog/band/field screens to use the active launch theme.
• Kept the main ASCII skybox frame neutral and readable.
• Preserved catalog browsing, numbered input flow, render modes, view-size toggle, cache manager, and PNG export.
• Updated README, examples, and version files for v1.9.

SKYBOX v1.2 — Render Modes

This release adds live render-mode cycling to SKYBOX, allowing the terminal FITS viewer to switch between different ASCII rendering styles while viewing public Pan-STARRS sky-survey cutouts.

• Added live render-mode cycling with r
• Added basic, rich, and block render styles
• Improved colour handling for blend mode
• Updated SKYBOX title/menu presentation
• Updated internal versioning to 1.2
• Added cleaner in-app help for render controls

SKYBOX v1.1 Reticle

SKYBOX v1.1 Reticle is a self-contained macOS terminal astronomy app release.

Includes:

• Self-contained macOS app wrapper
• Terminal launcher with locked SKYBOX layout
• Pan-STARRS short / mid / long / blend modes
• Core, field, wide, atlas, and survey field sizes

Install:

1. Download SKYBOX_v1.1_Reticle_macOS.zip
2. Unzip it
3. Move SKYBOX.app to Applications
4. Open SKYBOX.app

Note:
This is an unsigned personal macOS build. If macOS blocks it, right-click the app and choose Open.
