Update image to latest Kasmvnc Alpine version (Alpine 3.21)

Know issue: Alpine 3.21 still integrates Wine 9.7 which is unsupported in MT5. Meanwhile current MT5 version runs normally. When KasmVNC project is updated to use Alpine 3.22 a new docker image in the 1.x line will be released.
