Breaking Changes ⚠️

This is a breaking release. AGETs must update to v2.3 for ecosystem compatibility:

  • Pattern versioning system required
  • Session metadata schema v1.0 required
  • CLAUDE.md must be symlink to AGENTS.md (from v2.2)

Migration Path

New AGETs cloned from this template will have v2.3 infrastructure.

Existing AGETs should:

  1. Copy v2.3 infrastructure files from template
  2. Run compatibility checks
  3. Update version files
  4. Validate with included tools

  • Session pattern upgraded to v1.1.0
  • Version tracking includes collaboration features

Validation

All v2.3 infrastructure tested and validated:

  • ✅ Session metadata: Generation and validation functional
  • ✅ Deployed to 11 AGETs in coordinator ecosystem
