Update the list of contributors

Updating the list of contributors (thanks @dvberkel for the script!).

We will lose the links to GitHub repos, however, I think it might be hard to figure out all the GH repos. Perhaps at some point, we could switch to https://allcontributors.org/.

@peterj did you end up merging the list with the contributors for the wiki? It would be a shame if we would miss some from there.

If not, I could take a look.

I have compiled a list of committers that commited to either the project or the wiki.

I will cross-check it with the original list to see if some names fell through the cracks.

There is also stuff like https://github.com/jonschlinkert/github-contributors using the GitHub API in case linking to the respective accounts is important to you.

@mschilli87 that repo is nice, however, I don't think it counts the Wiki contributions, unfortunately. I will take the updated list that @dvberkel created (repo + wiki contributors) and we can log a separate issue if we want to make it better (i.e. add repo URL, number of commits, etc.).

If you're interested @mschilli87 you can definitely work on this - that would be great!

FYI opened #608 to track the work for the improvement of the list + possibly automating it.
